1. Browhaus Pte Ltd (“Browhaus”) reserves the right to adjust, alter or amend our menu at any time without prior notice.
2. The validity period assigned to any Package is final and cannot be altered. Requests for extensions will not be entertained.
3. All packages bought at Browhaus are to be consumed only at Browhaus outlets located in Singapore, and is not transferable to any other brands established by Browhaus or any of its related corporation
4. All Package and/or Product purchases (whether paid upfront or in instalments) are subject to a cooling off period of five working days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) starting from the beginning of the validity period. A full refund will be provided for any change of mind during this period, upon written request to Browhaus, provided that no part of the Package or Products has been used, and any Product is returned in its original packaging.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, any refund requests submitted after the Cooling Off Period, or after the Package or Products or any part thereof has been consumed or utilised, will strictly not be accepted.
6. Customers who have appointment(s) booked for any treatments/services with any of our outlet(s) in advance shall notify the outlet(s) of any cancellations either through telephone or electronic mail at least 5 hours in advance and get a cancellation confirmation from our staff. Failing to do so, Browhaus reserves the right to deduct the full price of the scheduled treatment(s)/service(s) off the customers existing package(s) or pursue the customers for the full payment of the treatment(s)/service(s) booked due to our lost revenue with the relevant appointment time slots blocked out.
Package Validity:
The validity period assigned to any Package is final and cannot be altered. Requests for extensions will not be entertained.

– 3 session packages have a 12 month validity period.
– 6 session packages have a 24 month validity period.
