Each stamp card is valid for 10 months from the date of issue.
Limited to one stamp per appointment booked regardless of the number of services booked.
One stamp will be rewarded for completion of treatment on the appointment date.
Appointments must be made from Monday to Thursday only. Excludes Public Holidays.
Original cards must be present for stamp issuing and rewards redemption.
Only main package holders, regular customers, and single service paying customers are entitled to Stamp Card. Limited to one stamp card per profile.
Package nominees are not entitled to stamp cards or earn stamps.
In the event that an appointment booking is fulfilled without a Loyalty Card, the customer must inform the front desk team at the time of the transaction. The receipt will be stamped and this stamp can be credited to the Loyalty card within 7 days at any of the outlets.
Backdate of stamp issuing will be considered null and forfeited if it is not done within the 7 days grace period.
Strictly no extension allowed.
Rewards (products) must be redeemed on the same date a milestone is achieved.
Reward vouchers will be issued on the same date a milestone is achieved.
Cards will be considered null and void if the reward is not collected on the date of milestone achievement.
A stamp without a date of issue indicated will be considered null and void.
Rewards redemption is based on while stocks last basis and the management reserves the right to replace any rewards without prior announcement.
Rewards must be redeemed immediately upon achieving the milestone on the card. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or credit or transferable.
Redemption of reward vouchers is valid 60 days from the issue date and is strictly non-extendable.
The original rewards voucher must be presented for redemption.
Prior appointment bookings are highly recommended when redeeming services.
Rewards vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, torn, or damaged.
Rewards redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or vouchers.
