1. Submitting an entry automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. This contest is only open to all participants above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore.
3. Participant entries for contest are unlimited. However, contest entries will be disqualified if profiles are determined to be fake or a spambot. All profiles will need to be set to public to qualify for the contest.
4. Entries must be submitted by 15 September 2020, 2359hrs. All time stated is in Singapore time, UTC +08:00. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.
5. Copyright for all images submitted for this Contest remains with the respective entrants. Once submitted, entrants grant Browhaus permission to feature the entry images in any publication, website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Pages and/or any promotional materials related to Browhaus.
6. Winners will be selected based on the quality of their submissions. Browhaus reserves the right to judge the quality of submissions and select the winners based on their subjective opinion. The decision made by Browhaus is final and non-negotiable.
7. Five (5) winners will be chosen to win a Brow Resurrection Package and an exclusive care package (inclusive of Browhaus products and vouchers). Brow Resurrection Package will be valid till 31 December 2020. Winners will only be announced at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion. If winners fail to collect their prizes within one (1) week upon receiving the winner announcement notification, it will be forfeited.
8. Results will be announced within one (1) week from the end of the contest and winners will be contacted via email. All information gathered will be used to verify the winners’ eligibility and will remain private.
9. All winners must agree to a Pre and Post Brow Resurrection Treatment photo and video shoot. Browhaus has the right to use the images in any publication, website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Pages and/or any promotional materials related to Browhaus.
10. Prizes are non-transferrable or exchangeable for cash or other services.
11. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered if the Brow Resurrection Packages are not redeemed.
12. Participants are required to be able to submit all necessary requested information when asked by an official Browhaus representative(s). Except as otherwise stated in these contest Terms and Conditions, personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used in accordance with the privacy notice found in section 18. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt of such entry. Browhaus shall have no liability for any submission that is lost, intercepted or not received.
13. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, the prize or prize notification will be invalid and the winner will forfeit all rights to any prize. All decisions made by Browhaus are deemed final and binding, and Browhaus bears the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
14. Browhaus reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to ineligibility of the winner. Browhaus reserves the right to reject any entries which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. Browhaus is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.
15. Browhaus reserves the right to select additional winners in our sole and absolute discretion and is not required to provide any explanation.
16. Participants grant Browhaus the rights necessary for distribution and public display of any content submitted as part of this competition, and hereby grants Browhaus the perpetual right to exclusively, royalty-free and without limitation, freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, either on this website or elsewhere, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by Browhaus, whether locally or worldwide.
17. Participants also grant Browhaus the right to use participant’s name, likeness, biographical information and photo submitted in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the website, Facebook page or the campaign or other promotions, and hereby release the Promotion Entities from any liability with respect thereto. The participant may also be required to star in promotional campaigns after the winner is announced, which may or may not include videos, photos and audio clips.
18. Browhaus reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.
19. If you are a staff of Browhaus, you will not be eligible to compete.
