1.1 By submitting an entry, it automatically means you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2 This contest is only open to participants above the age of 18 years with a permanent residential address in Singapore.

1.3 Participant’s entries for the contest are limited to 1 per customer. However, contest entries will be disqualified if profiles are determined to be private, fake or a spambot.

1.4 Participation Entries must be submitted by 30 September 2020, 2359hrs. Participants must complete their complimentary Brow Design by 14 October 2020, 2359hrs. All time stated is in Singapore time, UTC +08:00. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.

1.5 By submitting an entry, the entrant consents to receive marketing materials from Browhaus.


2.1 The winner will be chosen from the entries received in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made are final and non-negotiable.

2.2 One (1) winner will be chosen to win a Brow Resurrection Package of their choice (Classic, Soft, Full or Ombre). The Brow Resurrection Package is valid 2 years from the date of redemption and is strictly non-extendable or exchangeable.

2.3 Winner will only be announced at the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion. Winner will be contacted by 23 October 2020 via one email notification. All information gathered will be used to verify the winners’ eligibility and will remain private.

2.4 If the contacted winner fails to respond to Browhaus within three (3) days upon receiving the winner announcement notification, the prize will be forfeited.


3.1 The winner must provide the full name, mobile number and e-mail address. Failing to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

3.2 The winner must come in person to claim the prize. Prize is non-transferrable to a third party or exchangeable for cash or other services. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered if the Brow Resurrection package is not redeemed. We do not allow 3rd party authorisation for prize redemption.

3.3 The winner must complete the Brow Resurrection package, including the tune-up(s) maintenance at Browhaus Northpoint City. Strictly no transfer of package or change of other Brow Resurrection types are allowed. In the event of any unutilised session(s), it will be forfeited upon the expiry of the validity of the package.


4.1 Winner is required to be able to submit all necessary requested information when asked by an official Browhaus representative(s). Except as otherwise stated in these contest Terms and Conditions, personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used in accordance with the privacy notice. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to, or receipt of such entry. Browhaus shall have no liability for any submission that is lost, intercepted or not received.


5.1 In the duration of the contest, if a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to Browhaus within three (3) days, Browhaus has the right to disqualify the winner. The winner will forfeit all rights to any prize. All decisions made by Browhaus are deemed final and binding, and Browhaus bears the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

5.2 Browhaus reserves the right to disqualify the winner after announcement due to ineligibility of the winner which we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem offensive, violative of law or unsuitable in any other manner. Browhaus is not required to provide any explanation for the rejection.

5.3 Browhaus reserves the right to select additional winner(s) in our sole and absolute discretion and is not required to provide any explanation.


6.1 Participants grant Browhaus the rights necessary for distribution and public display of any content submitted as part of this competition, and hereby grant Browhaus the perpetual right to exclusively, royalty-free and without limitation, freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, either on this website or elsewhere, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by Browhaus, whether locally or worldwide.

6.2 Participants also grant Browhaus the right to use participant’s name, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the website, Facebook page or the campaign or other promotions, and hereby release the Promotion Entities from any liability with respect thereto.


7.1 Browhaus reserves the right to change any terms and conditions of the contest without prior notice.

7.2 If you are a staff member of Browhaus, you will not be eligible to compete.
