Brow Resurrection FAQs
What is Brow Resurrection?
Brow Resurrection is our signature semi-permanent treatment, an advanced brow embroidery technique that is unique to Browhaus. It boasts a more detailed and natural stroke perfected by our dedicated Research and Development team, with a finer finish than normal brow embroidery.
What is the difference between Brow Resurrection Define & Natural?
Brow Resurrection Natural is a finer and lighter version of Brow Resurrection Define. Brow Resurrection Natural also requires a shorter downtime than Brow Resurrection Define.
Is Brow Resurrection painful?
Your comfort is of utmost importance to us! To ensure a comfortable experience, we apply a superior numbing cream to the area prior to the treatment. 9 out of 10 customers do not feel any discomfort at all, though this may vary according to individual pain threshold. For those who feel anything at all, it feels just like eyebrow tweezing.
How long can Brow Resurrection Define & Natural last?
With proper care and use of our after care products, Brow Resurrection Define may last up to 2 years.
Each session of Brow Resurrection Natural may last up to 6 months. Touch ups can be done every 4-5 months for up to 2 years.
Are there any after effects?
This varies with every individual. There may be slight swelling and tenderness of the treated area. The colour of your eyebrows will be a darker shade immediately following the treatment. This will fade over the next 6 – 10 days, resulting in your desired eyebrow colour.
Are there any risks involved?
The tools we use are of the highest quality and are custom made for Browhaus. They are individually sealed, sterilized and disposed after one use.
Allergies to organic dyes and certain medical prescriptions may interfere with results. If you have an allergy to dye substances, are pregnant and/or have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. diabetes, heart disease), do inform us so that we may advise you accordingly.
What is a Tune Up? Do I need one?
A Tune Up is a touch up treatment to be done between 1-3 months following your Brow Resurrection treatment. Almost always, your eyebrows will not be perfect after the first treatment due to the healing process; a Tune Up is highly recommended to achieve perfect brows.
Can I have an old/poor tattoo brow reworked or covered up?
90% of such cases have been successfully reworked, however expectations must be managed as the results will not be comparable to virgin brows. Results are also dependent on factors such as the colour and thickness of your brow tattoo as well as on when your brows were last tattooed. In some cases, we recommend laser removal of your brow tattoo before having Brow Resurrection done, so as to achieve the best results possible.
